You'll Look Forward To It
Coach-led classes where everyone knows your name, and the hour goes quicker than you expect.
Warminster, PA · Bucks County
One studio, one price, every class included. Strength, HIIT, Hot Pilates and Heated Yoga, with coaches who notice when you're not there.
Who this is for
Almost everyone who walks through our door is somewhere on this list. If you recognize yourself, you'll fit in here just fine.
What changes
Coach-led classes where everyone knows your name, and the hour goes quicker than you expect.
Quick, sweaty intervals that meet you exactly where you are. Push as hard as you feel like pushing.
Carrying groceries, keeping up with your kids, saying yes to the hike without thinking twice.
A warm room, gentle on your joints, and honestly one of the best hours of your week.
Class energy
You already know how a normal gym goes. Headphones in, same three machines, then you spend Thursday trying to talk yourself into going back. In here the music is up, a coach is calling it out by name, and there are people either side of you doing the same hard thing at the same time. That is what gets you back through the door on the days you would rather not. Not willpower.
From our members
I absolutely love Bria Method. This is the first fitness studio where I truly feel at home and actually look forward to coming every day.
Real member, real months in the room.
Been to a lot of gyms over the years. This by far is the best out there. Tony and all of the trainers are the best! Proven results!
Real member, real months in the room.
They push you just enough to get outside your comfort zone, while keeping your fitness level in mind.
Amazing staff! Amazing trainer (Tony) and great workout classes.
Gianna is an amazing instructor who gives a killer work out while also encouraging you to push yourself!
Workouts have been fantastic! Challenging and varied!
Why it works
Your coach watches every rep. They'll fix your form, swap a movement if something hurts, and make a lot of noise when you hit something new.
Miss a week and someone will check in. Not to make you feel bad, just because the room is better when you're in it.
Come for the workout, stay for the people. Members grab coffee after class and text each other on rest days.
Watch your numbers move with InBody scans, then celebrate with the whole studio during our fitness challenges.
Meet the Founder
Tony has been coaching for more than twenty years and still works out right alongside everybody else. He played football and ran track in college and later finished an Ironman, but ask what he's proudest of and he'll tell you about a member who finally deadlifted their own bodyweight. He runs the studio with his wife, Rachel, and between the two of them they know just about every member's name, goal and go-to class.
The hardest part is the first hour. Here is exactly how it goes.
Early mornings, lunch breaks, after work. Have a look at the schedule and pick one that fits.
Book it as a drop-in and the spot is held for you. No membership, no phone tag, no sales pitch.
Come a few minutes early and we'll meet you at the door, show you around and get you settled.
FAQ
Mostly from people who haven't been in yet.
Class space is limited, so booking a drop-in is the surest way to actually get in and experience a class properly rather than hoping for a gap. If you'd rather not book into a class yet, come look around instead — that part is free. Have a proper chat with someone on the team, see the space, and then decide which option makes sense for you.
Not even a little. Honestly, most people walk in feeling exactly the way you do right now. Every movement has an easier version and a harder one, and your coach will help you find yours.
Come a few minutes early. Someone meets you at the door, shows you where everything is and introduces you to your coach before anything starts. From there you're told exactly what to do the whole way through, so there's no standing around trying to work out what comes next.
Then you go at your pace and nobody blinks. Coaches scale the workout as it happens, and there's always a lower-impact option. The people next to you are far more focused on their own effort than on yours.
Tell your coach before class starts and they'll swap out anything that aggravates it for something that works the same muscles. If it's something significant, check with your doctor first — we would much rather have you back for years than push through one bad session.
No. Plenty of people start with a single drop-in and go from there. And if you do decide to join, one membership covers every class and every room, so there's nothing to upgrade into later.
Yes, and we'd genuinely recommend it. Classes are capped so the coach can keep an eye on everyone, which means the popular times go. Booking online is what holds your spot.
Water, a towel and sneakers. For the heated classes bring a mat if you have one, and if you don't, just borrow one of ours.
