Bria Method

    Our Story & Our Team

Bria Method is about community, motivation, and helping people become the best version of themselves — inside and outside the gym.

    Meet The Founder: Tony Bria

For more than 20 years, Tony Bria has helped people improve their health, build confidence, and create lasting lifestyle changes.

A former collegiate football player, track athlete, and Ironman finisher, Tony has always believed that fitness should do more than change your body—it should improve your life.

After starting a family with his wife, Rachel, Tony realized there was a need for something different: a fitness community where busy adults could feel supported, challenged, and encouraged without intimidation.

    That vision became Bria Method.

Today, Bria Method is more than a workout studio. It's a place where people of all fitness levels can build strength, gain confidence, improve their health, and become part of a supportive community.

It's more than just a workout — it's a smarter way to train! It's BODY BY BRIA!
