What You Need to Know About Dance Fit Class

At Bria Method, we offer many ways to achieve incredible fitness results. Different workout programs have different levels of intensity, but they’re all designed to burn calories, build muscle, and improve flexibility and overall bodily function.

We have the best high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program for people in the Montgomery County, PA area. Those who want to exercise more gradually, not in brief spurts of high activity, can find the ideal solution in our low impact training (LIT) programs. With Barre and group yoga right here in Bucks County, PA, there’s no excuse to put off your fitness goals any longer.

We also offer Dance Fit classes, which are pretty intense, despite being classified as low impact. Here are the answers to some questions you might have about Dance Fit:

What is Dance Fit?

Dance Fit brings a nightclub environment into your fitness program, with music played at high volumes and lights turned up bright to get you moving. You’ll have fun as you work up a sweat and feel your heart-rate rising as the calories melt away.

What if I’m not a good dancer?

There’s no need to be self-conscious at any of our group classes; the whole point of exercising in a group is for support, not intimidation. You won’t be judged if you are a little uncoordinated at first. The classes are easy to follow so you’ll catch on and feel the good vibes to become the best dancer you can be before you know it.

What are the health benefits?

Dancing is one of the best types of exercise in terms of burning calories and using your whole body, and Dance Fit takes these benefits and puts them into overdrive. The steps are designed specifically for strength building, cardio conditioning, and muscle sculpting.

But most of all, you’ll burn calories — a lot of calories. In a single 55-minute class, you can burn more than 600 calories. You’ll feel better during and after the session, resulting in a more positive attitude about your self-image.
